What the job involves

As an Operation Assistant, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email and Ms Power Point
• Male Only
• Basic English
