Address User Tickets Regarding Hardware, Software And Networking. Conduct Remote Trouble Shooting Customize Desktop Applications To Meet User Needs. Record Technical Issues And Solutions In Logs Monitor All Pcs & Servers To Ensure That Software Distributions And Updates Are Being Done Perform Analysis Of Network Loads And Capacity To Optimizes. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Support users on-site and remotely
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity and user issues
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls and access control
• Install, configure and maintain computers and network devices
• You will keep asset inventory and documentation up to date.
• Monitor uptime and perform routine maintenance

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: IT support, Networking, Firewall, Windows / Linux
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone patient with users and technical

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹21,500 per month, based on skills and experience.
