Job Description: 1. Managing Day To Day Tasks In The Office And Coordinate With Project Sites.2. Assist In Administrative Tasks, Including Filing, Data Entry, Accounting, Esic, Etc And Document Preparation. 3. Preparing Quotations4. Handle Incoming And Outgoing Correspondence ,Including Mails, Letters And Phone Calls. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• You will support month-end closing and financial reporting.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Tally, Bank reconciliation, MS Excel, TDS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
