Front Desk Receptionist

Anssi Wellness Center Llp is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Office, Basic accounting, Data entry, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, well spoken attitude
