Resolve Technical Issues Related To Tally, Especially Gst Invoicing, Returns &Compliance Errors. Support Gst Filing Process By Ensuring Accurate Data Entry And Report Generation In Tally.Train And Guide Users On Gst Features Within Tally Software.Coordinate With Internal Teams And Gst Consultants For Complex Issues.

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Typing speed, Verbal communication, Active listening, Complaint handling
• Basic English
