Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹26,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
