Answer Phone Calls,Handle Inquiries, And Direct Calls Appropriately,Manage Appointments, Walk-Ins, And Scheduling Using Relevant Softwaremaintain The Reception Area, Ensuring Cleanliness And Organization.Handle Registration, Billing, And Documentation,Back Office Work. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Data entry, Email etiquette, Typing, MS Office
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and well spoken

Compensation

Compensation: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

What the job involves

As a Receptionist / Front Office Executi..., your work will include:

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
