Roles and responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

• Below 10th or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Marathi, Marketing and Outbound
