AQ documentation service's has an opening for a Front Office Receptionist based in Malad West, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹8,000/month.

Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Receiving Calls, Attending Visitors, Maintaining Clients Records. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Record keeping, Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and organised

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
