We Are Hiring A Telecalling Sales Executive Responsible For Calling Potential Clients, Following Up On Leads, And Generating Business Inquiries For Our Services Related To Construction Material Testing. The Candidate Will Introduce Company Services To New And Existing Clients, Maintain Regular Follow-Ups, Schedule Meeting. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• A polite, calm under pressure attitude

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.
