Roles & Responsibilities:- Acquire New Clients Through Proactive Prospecting And Business Development Activities.- Schedule And Conduct Client Meetings To Understand Their Financial Needs.- Present And Recommend Suitable Insurance, Mutual Fund, And Equity Investment Solutions.- Generate Sales By Converting Prospects Into Long-Term Clients.- Achieve Individual Sales Targets And Contribute To Overall Business Growth.- Conduct Field Sales Activities To Expand The Client Base And Build Strong Market Presence.- Develop And Maintain Long-Term Relationships With Clients By Providing Excellent Financial Guidance And Service. Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with B2c, Insurance
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• B2C
• Preferred Experience In: Insurance
