Billing Executive

Archanalok Trading Company wants to bring on a Billing Executive for its Bahadurpura, Hyderabad team. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of TDS, Bank reconciliation, Accounts receivable and MS Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and numerate
