Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹13,360 – ₹17,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Outbound, Sales
• Good English
