Customer Care Executive

Arham Auto International is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Ambawadi, Ahmedabad. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply

• Comfortable with Gujarati

Day-to-day work

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
