Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Payroll, Labour law basics and HRMS
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and good communicator
