What the job involves

As a Field Collection Executive, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, Verbal communication, Typing speed, Complaint handling
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
