Arsiancare Llp is looking for an Assistant to join its team in Kazipara, Barasat. There are 2 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹10,000/month.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Financial products, Customer acquisition, MS Excel and KYC
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone ethical and detail-oriented

Day-to-day work

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
