Extend A Friendly And Welcoming Greeting To Visitors And Maintain A Clean And Tidy Reception Area.Answer Incoming Telephone Calls, Emails, And Messages And Reply To Or Redirect Themset Up Meetings And Update Calendars.Provide Basic And Accurate Information In-Person And Via Phone/Email.Receive, Sort And Distribute Daily Mail/Deliverie. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As a Receptionist, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Record keeping, MS Office, Email etiquette, Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, detail-oriented attitude

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
