What the job involves

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Record Management
• Male Only
• Good English

Compensation
