Assort 1 Corp Services Limited is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Andheri East, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹45,000/month. There are 10 open positions.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Typing, Data entry and Basic accounting
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
