Sales Executive

Asteam Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a Sales Executive to join its team in remote. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
