Maintain Attendance, Leave, And Employee Records. Coordinate Payroll Inputs And Statutory Compliance (Pf, Esic, Labor Laws). Handle Employee Grievances And Engagement Activities. Coordinate Manpower Requirements With Site Managers. Maintain Hr Documentation And Prepare Hr Reports. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Payroll, MS Excel, Recruitment and Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, good communicator attitude

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
