Manage Daily Site Attendance And Payroll Inputs.Handle Employee Onboarding, Joining Formalities, And Documentation.Maintain Employee Records, Hr Files, And Registers.Coordinate Recruitment And Worker Mobilization.Handle Employee Grievances And Disciplinary Matters.Manage Accommodation, Gate Passes, And Id Cards. With Site Management. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Communication, Time management, Basic computer use, Teamwork
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well organised and eager to learn

• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes
• You'll complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
