Handle Phone Calls And Messages Professionally. Full-Time: Timing: 11:00 Am To 7:00 Pm. Requirements: Fluent In English And Marathi Good Communication Skills Confident In Speaking With Parents And Students Good Knowledge Of Ms Excel Good Typing Skills Professional, Polite, And Friendly Personality.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Office, Email etiquette, Record keeping, Typing
• Good English

Salary

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
