Aura Hearing Care Private Limited is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Vashi, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Greeting The Patients. Answer Incoming Calls. To Call And Schedule Appointments. Follow Up With Patients For Hearing Machine. Update Information Of Patients On Crm. Handling Cash. Make Bill In Software. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Email etiquette, Record keeping, Typing, MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and well spoken

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
