Greeting The Patients. Answer Incoming Calls. To Call And Schedule Appointments. Follow Up With Patients For Hearing Machine. Update Information Of Patients On Crm. Handling Cash. Make Bill In Software. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing, Record keeping, Data entry and MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
