Compensation

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Computer, Handling Invoices, Ms Power Point and Quotation Management
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• MS Power Point, Quotation Management, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Handling Invoices
• Skills Needed: Computer
• Someone dependable and organised

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
