We Are Seeking An Experienced Recovery/Collection Supervisor To Lead Our Collections Team. The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Recovery And Collection Of Outstanding Debts, Managing A Team Of Collectors.Experience In Collections Or Recovery, Preferably In A Supervisory Role. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Comfortable with Financial products, KYC, Customer acquisition, Documentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and detail-oriented

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
