End To End Team Management, Client Management, Hr Advisory, Conduct L& D Trainings, Legal Trainings, Posh Act 2013 Trainings, Posh Act 2013 Knowledge And Handle Clients For Posh Act 2013, Labour Law (And The New Labour Codes) Knowledge And Implementation Required. Labour Law Registers And Compliances And Software For Labour Laws. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Recruitment, Labour law basics, Payroll, Screening
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and organised
