Hr Admin Executive Responsible For Recruitment Coordination, Attendance Management, Employee Documentation, Payroll Support, Leave Records, Joining And Exit Formalities, Office Administration, Vendor Coordination, And Maintaining Hr Records. Must Have Good Communication, Computer Knowledge, Drafting Skills, And Ability To Handle Day-To-Day Administrative And Hr Activities Efficiently. Knowledge Of Ms Excel, Hr Processes, And Office Management Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Screening, Recruitment and MS Excel
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and good communicator
