Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Maintain Employees Attendance .Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Screening, HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
