Job Responsibilities: Process Monthly Payroll For Employees Accurately And On Time.Maintain And Update Employee Attendance, Leaves, And Overtime Records.Calculate Salary, Incentives, Overtime, And Deductions.Handle Statutory Compliances Such As Pf, Esic, Pt, Tds, Etc.Prepare And Maintain Payroll Reports And Mis.Coordinate With Accounts Team For Payroll-Related Activities.Maintain Employee Salary Records And Documentation.Handle Final Settlement (F&F) Of Employees.Assist In Salary Structure Preparation And Payroll Audits.Ensure Compliance With Labour Laws And Company Policies. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : TDS

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Tds
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone organised and accurate

What the job involves

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• You will support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
