Role Overview:As The One Of The Managers At Baccha Party, You Will Oversee The Day-To-Day Operations Of The Outlet, Ensuring Smooth Functioning, Excellent Customer Service, And Efficient Management Of Staff And Resources. Training Will Be Provided For Candidates From Non-Related Backgrounds.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
