The Role Involves Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Driving Persistency, Client Meetings,Need Analysis,Plan Preparation,Solution Providing, Collaborating With Other Teams And Adhering To Sales Process.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Complaint handling, CRM tools, Verbal communication, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone polite and customer-first

What you will do

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
