Bajaj Life Insurance is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its team in Rajarhat, Kolkata. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Lead generation, Presentation, Customer handling, Local market knowledge
• Basic English
