Salary

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹23,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Typing speed, Active listening
• Basic English
• Work from home
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
