Debt Collection Specialist

Banksmore Management wants to bring on a Debt Collection Specialist for its Shakarpur, Delhi team. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Compliance, Financial products, Documentation and MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and detail-oriented

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
