Your responsibilities

As a Front Office Assistant, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

What you get

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Record keeping, Data entry, MS Office, Typing
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and organised

• Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Sunday. Break shift and one weekly off. Food and accomodation provided
