A new Branch Manager role is open at Bcks Franchise Llp, Wakad, Pune. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

What the job involves

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Client Management, Vendor Management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
