Handle Customers Inbound And Outbound Calls. Solving Queries, Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services English, Kannada & Hindi Is Mandatory. Type : Outbound, Inbound, Domestic | Languages : Hindi, English, Kannada

What you will do

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Outbound
• Good English
• Freshers can apply

Compensation

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
