Day-to-day work

As a Banking Finance Emi Loan Recovery, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
