Hotel Receptionist

Bigfoot Hospitality is looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join its team in Vashi, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. There are 2 open positions.

Handling Of Phone Calls, Emails And Couriers. Maintain Register & Monitor Reception Area. Talking To Customers. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Data entry, Record keeping
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, dependable attitude
