Biocv Management Private Limited is looking for a Guest Relations Executive (Gre) to join its team in Andheri West, Mumbai. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Greet And Assist Guests With Check-Ins, Reservations, And Inquiries. Provide Information About Services And Amenities While Maintaining A Professional Demeanor. Address Complaints And Ensure A Pleasant Guest Experience.

Your responsibilities

• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Email etiquette, Data entry, Basic accounting
• Female Only
