Manage Online Product Listings, Inventory, And Order Fulfillment. Coordinate With Teams To Optimize Website Performance And Customer Experience. Monitor Sales Metrics And Address Operational Challenges. Manage Inhouse Inventory And Manage Claims. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel

Day-to-day work

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Basic Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel
• You are trustworthy and detail-oriented

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
