Accounts Assistant

Bittoo Agencies is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join its team in Ajabpur Kalan, Dehradun. The pay goes up to ₹13,000/month.

Responsible For Maintaining Accounts On Marg Billing Software, Make Bank Statement And Generate Invoice. Maintain Purchase/Sales Account. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, GST
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
