Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges.(1) Legal And Regulatory Compliance.(2) Board And Shareholder Meetings,(3) Corporate Records Management.(4)Advisory Role. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

As a Company Secretary, your work will include:

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• You'll process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• You'll support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Bank reconciliation, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, TDS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone numerate and organised
