Sales Coordinator - We Have Pan India Clients Need To Call Them And Push The Order, Even We Have Field Executive Job Also. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Active listening, Hindi and English and CRM tools
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, calm under pressure attitude
