Front Desk Executive

Blink Solutions is hiring a Front Desk Executive in Andheri, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Typing, MS Office, Basic accounting, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and detail-oriented
