We Are Looking For Enthusiastic And Confident Telecalling Executives To Join Our Team At Bliss Ivf Hospital. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Calling Potential And Existing Customers, Explaining Hospital Services, Handling Inquiries, And Coordinating Appointments Professionally. Languages : Marathi, Gujarati, Hindi

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
