Bluglint Solutions is looking for an Hr Executive to join its team in Bandra West, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹50,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with HRMS, Payroll, Screening, Labour law basics
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and good communicator

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
